The Sacrament | 2009

This painting was commissioned by 2DArtist Magazine for the current issue (#41) as part of a tutorial on various techniques that can be used in digital painting.

The city in the background is actually not painted, but a photo, manipulated and partly painted over to merge it with the rest of the image. So in effect, that makes it my first a matte painting.
